According to the announcement issued by the European Commission on November 21,2023,the erythritol products involved in the case include pure erythritol and mixed erythritol containing no more than 10% by weight of other products.The CN (Combined Nomenclature) codes of these products in the EU are ex 2905 49 00 respectively,and the codes for mixed erythritol are ex 2106 90 92 and ex 2106 90 98,with the corresponding TARIC codes being 2905 49 00 15,2106 90 92 65,and 2106 90 98 15.

The dumping investigation period of this anti - dumping investigation is from October 1,2022,to September 30,2023,while the injury investigation period is from January 1,2020,to the end of the dumping investigation period.It is expected that the preliminary ruling result will be released within 7 months from the date of case - filing,with a maximum extension of 1 month; the final ruling result will be released within 14 months from the date of case - filing.
