The complete company name and address of the shipper (non - Malaysian company or individual) must be shown on the bill of lading.

2.The consignee must be a local company in Malaysia,and the complete company name and address of the consignee must be provided and displayed on the bill of lading.If the consignee is "To Order," the notifying party must comply with the above requirements by providing the complete company name and address.

3.If the goods are transported to a third country via Malaysia,the consignee should be displayed as "C/O a local Malaysian company," and the address of the Malaysian company must be provided.

4.If the consignee is a bank,the consignee field on the bill of lading should be displayed as "To Order of xxx bank".

Consolidated shipments (Breakbulk Shipment) are not accepted.

All goods destined for Malaysia or transiting through Malaysia must provide a 6 - digit HS CODE.If there are mixed goods involving different HS CODES,please provide the goods information separately to avoid incomplete declaration.

If the goods being transported are vehicles (except tractors),the following information must be provided and shown:

Model

Chassis Number

Engine Number (not applicable toautomobiles / electric vehicles)

Purpose / New or Used (U / N)

Engine Displacement (not applicable to new energy vehicles / electric vehicles)

Year of Manufacturing

Country of Origin

The final port of discharge must be shown on the bill of lading.
