According to Article 26 of the Measures for the Administration of Comprehensive Bonded Zones of the Customs of the Peoples Republic of China (Order No.256 of the General Administration of Customs),goods within the comprehensive bonded zone can flow freely.When enterprises within the zone transfer or assign goods,both enterprises shall promptly submit electronic data information such as the name,quantity,and amount of the transferred or assigned goods to the customs.
