(1) Country Access

Except for live vegetables and fruits for scientific research purposes that need to obtain an import permit from the Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision Bureau in advance,other plant - based products do not need to obtain an import permit.

(3) Declaration of Conformity

Vegetables and fruits exported to Russia must apply to a certification body recognized by the Veterinary and Phytosanitary Bureau for a declaration of conformity to confirm that the products meet the requirements of technical regulations.

Each batch of high - risk plant products exported to the Eurasian Economic Union must be accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate issued by the General Administration of Customs of China.
