Recently,the Tariff Commission of the State Council issued the latest announcement.The tenth extension list of goods subject to additional tariffs on the US is about to expire,and it has been decided to extend the exclusion period of the goods in this list.According to Announcement No.1 of the Tariff Commission in 2023,the list originally scheduled to expire on September 15,2023,will be extended.

From September 16,2023,to April 30,2024,the 124 categories of US goods listed in the attachment will continue to enjoy the policy of not being subject to the additional tariffs imposed by the counter - measures against the US 301 measures.This move helps to maintain the stability of Sino - US economic and trade relations and provides a more stable trade environment for enterprises and consumers on both sides.
