    6.2 If Party B fails to deliver goods on time or the product quality does not meet requirements,Party A shall have the right to require Party B to compensate for losses and bear corresponding breach liabilities.

    6.3 If either party violates other terms of this contract,they shall bear corresponding breach liabilities.
