In order to avoid the EU’s anti-dumping duties on Chinese steel,some companies transport steel to Vietnam or Malaysia for simple "trans-shipment" before sending it to Europe.

Warning: The European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) investigates such actions very strictly.If you are unable to provide proof of substantial processing in a third country,all anti-dumping duties will be recovered after the goods arrive at the port,and the goods will be added to the blacklist.

What We Do: Insist on compliance with the rules of origin.If the goods are exported from China,they should be honestly declared as made in China,and the tariff costs should be offset by technological advantages (such as precision machining) rather than by falsifying the origin of the goods.

When European customers conduct acceptance inspections,they will use your MTC to verify the labels (Heat No./Batch No.) on each bundle of steel.

Risk: Many traders randomly attach labels when shipping goods,resulting in discrepancies between the goods and the certificates.Once this is discovered,the entire batch of goods will be deemed as "of unknown origin" and rejected.
