Import Documentation Requirements

Commercial invoice (4 copies),must be certified by the chamber of commerce and consular legalized;

Certificate (2 copies),must be consular legalized;

Goods circulation certificate;

For food,tea,sugar,flour,tobacco,pharmaceutical products,chemicals,feed,wood,furniture,and fertilizers,a radioactive certificate is required,confirming that the radiation levels of the exported products do not exceed the specified maximum limits.

Consular Legalization Requirements

Consular certification

Arabic or English translations are required.

One copy is required.

Documents issued in Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Anhui,or Shanghai must be submitted to the Consulate General in Shanghai for legalization.
