When exporting to Indonesia,the following are some important documentation requirements:

(1) Company information: The bill of lading must include the complete company name and address of the consignee,shipper,and notify party.If the consignee and notify party are local Indonesian companies,a 15-digit Tax Registration Number (TAX ID/NPWP/TIN#) must also be provided after the company information.

(2) Consignee as an individual: If the consignee is an individual and the notify party is a non-local Indonesian company,the consignee must provide a passport number.

(3) Cargo for Belawan Port: For shipments destined to Belawan Port,the consignee’s company name must be displayed within the first 30 characters of the first line to avoid incomplete declaration.If the consignee is "To Order," the notify party must provide the information as per the above requirements.

(4) Cargo for Batam Port: For shipments destined to Batam Port,if the consignee is a direct customer,it must be a company located in Batam.If the consignee is "To Order," the notify party must provide information as per the above requirements.Additionally,please ensure that the Packing List and Commercial Invoice are uploaded to the corresponding Bill of Lading’s Shipment folder in the MOC.

(5) Special cargo restrictions: Unless the consignee provides a Batam import license,the following goods are not accepted for shipment: automobiles/vehicles,steel plates,rubber,sand,and tobacco.

(6) Description of Goods and Shipping Marks: The description of goods and shipping marks must not be displayed as "As per attached list," "See Attachment," or "As per attached."

(7) HS CODE: All goods shipped to Indonesia must provide a 4-digit HS CODE.For mixed cargo involving different HS CODEs,provide cargo information separately according to each HS CODE to avoid incomplete declarations.
