Improve the factory inspection before certification

For those that need factory inspection before certification,each relevant designated certification body shall establish a double - random mechanism of randomly selecting the manufacturing enterprises to be inspected and randomly assigning factory inspectors,and scientifically determine the enterprise sampling ratio according to the classified management results of manufacturing enterprises.At the same time,it should fully consider the needs of enterprises to obtain inspection services conveniently nearby,and gradually improve the directory of factory inspectors by region.

Optimize the supervision and inspection after certification

Each relevant designated certification body shall focus on problem - orientation,scientifically and reasonably determine the inspection frequency and man - days according to the classified management results of manufacturing enterprises,focus on strengthening the inspection and testing of product consistency,and simplify the factory quality assurance ability inspection by adopting the results of enterprise quality management system certification.For enterprises with good credit and high management level,only one factory quality assurance ability supervision inspection shall be carried out within each certification cycle.

Ensure that enterprises independently select testing laboratories

When notifying enterprises to conduct sample testing,each relevant designated certification body shall clearly indicate to the enterprise the list of all available laboratories,and the enterprise shall independently select a laboratory for testing according to its own situation.
