The ATA customs declaration procedures are relatively simple,but the following points need to be noted:

The goods must meet the import purpose and shall not be used for commercial purposes such as sales and processing.

The quantity,variety,specifications,etc.of the goods must be consistent with the declared ATA exhibition documents.

The goods must enter and leave the country on time.If overdue,an extension of the exhibition documents needs to be applied for.

The goods must remain intact during their stay in the country.

When leaving the country,relevant documents such as customs declaration forms and consignment notes need to be provided.When entering the country,relevant documents such as ATA exhibition documents need to be provided.

In case of damage or loss,it is necessary to report to the customs for handling in a timely manner.
