I.Definition of Prepared Dishes

II.Conditions to be Met before Export

According to the Food Safety Management Measures implemented since January 1,2022,the export of prepared dishes needs to meet the following conditions: (1) Filing and Recommendation for Foreign Registration: It involves the filing of raw material planting farms,breeding farms,and export food manufacturers,as well as the recommendation for overseas registration.

(2) Food Safety and Hygiene Control: Establish a complete food safety and hygiene control system,various record - keeping systems,and traceability systems.(3) Food Packaging and Transportation Methods: Ensure that packaging and transportation meet food safety requirements.

(4) Food Standard Requirements: Ensure that the exported food meets the standards of the importing country (region),contract requirements,or Chinas national food safety standards.(1) Export Declaration: Conduct export declaration through the single window of international trade.

(2) Customs Supervision and Inspection: Conduct on - site inspections and supervised sampling inspections,and issue certificates to approve export or issue written notices of non - approval for export.If an exported food is notified by an overseas agency due to safety issues,the General Administration of Customs will organize inspections and take control measures.The producers and operators of the exported food should also take immediate measures and report to the local customs.
