2) Weight Information Error: During the customs clearance process,we discovered that the weight information on the certificate of origin provided overseas did not match the packing list andthe weight on the documents.We identified and addressed this issue promptly,advising the client to instruct the supplier to hold the shipment until the certificate of origin was corrected.This prevented customs clearance delays and additional storage costs.

1) Documents Required from Overseas: Including the original certificate of origin,ingredient composition and ratio table,production date certificate,original foreign-language packaging or scanned copies with translations,packing list,contract,bill of lading/waybill,invoice,and wood fumigation certificate (if wooden packaging is used).

2) Documents Required Domestically: Including scanned copies of the business license,blank A4 paper with company seal,customs and inspection authorization letter and code,foreign trade operator filing scan,consignee and consignor information,manufacturer filing login and query numbers,paperless signing + single-window tax payment system.
